The story of ApuliaBlue was born from a paradox, from what we might call the Italian stereotype par excellence , but turned upside down, like a funnel. And it is the story of an entire family that has always been in the catering and reception business.
An area that has always fulfilled my mother Rosa. And that has always given me enormous satisfaction as well.
I started working in the hotellerie when I was 14 years old, discovering the pleasure of devoting myself to hospitality in splendid 4-star hotels in Eraclea, Milan and Lignano Sabbiadoro. Every day I would observe those people passing by and strive to make their accommodation perfect.

Ours is the story of a family that has always been in the restaurant and reception business. We have taken everything we have learned through years and years of experience, added a dash of love to it, and turned it into the B&B Apulia Blue. ApuliaBlue Appartments, in addition to carrying out B&B activities, offers its 50 years of experience in catering for lunches, dinners and private parties in a welcoming structure with a private beach. Typical Apulian cuisine. Appetizers. Aperitif. Abundant dishes. Products of the day. It will also be possible to request personalized menus.
Who knows what they were hiding in those twenty-four hours of skin, who knows how many dreams they carried in their suitcase
Life does not give you time to look without acting. It passes quickly, passing you by and surprising you at every moment, in the good , but also in the bad .
And I have seen both sides of this coin.
I saw the face of evil , when as a result of an injury I lost my job and was forced to accept whatever assignment came my way, without any kind of personal gratification. Or when I was mobbed by my manager, a terrible experience that led me to understand something really paradoxical: this is how it works in Milan. If you work, you have no more social life; if you don’t work, you are an outcast.
This, however, did not break me down. In fact.
I took all that evil and turned it into a desire to change, a desire to grow, a desire for redemption.
And, when everything seemed to be falling apart, I saw the face of the good. In Apulia.
I realized that my destiny was much greater: I did not I felt a dishwasher, underpaid, and treated badly. I felt like an entrepreneur.
So, in 2020, fate brought me on the road to the facility that would give birth to the B&B Apulia Blue, and it was love at first sight. With the help of my family, we started all over from scratch, renovated that beautiful house, and gathered everything we had learned in years and years of working in hotels, adding all our love to it.
